Registration for Saint Rose will be accepted in the following order:

  1. Students of registered St. Rose parishioners

  2. Students belonging to parishes in the Diocese of Youngstown other than St. Rose

  3. Students of non-Catholic faiths

Registration Materials

At the time of a student’s initial entry to SaintRose School, the following materials are required:

  1. Birth Certificate

  2. Baptismal certificate

  3. Immunization records

  4. Social security number

  5. Legal arrangements of the student’s residential and nonresidential parents

  6. Statement from parish secretary verifying parishioner status

  7. Copies of the records from the school the student most recently attended or a signed release of records authorization

  8. Copy of the student’s emergency medical authorization

  9. Proof of custody (if applicable)
